Welcome to our home away from home. Built in 2005, this 1-level, handicapped-friendly Oakmont model offers more than 1580 square feet of living space and is sited in a secluded area of Quail Creek. The community is securely gated and patrolled. The property enjoys many upgrades, is fully furnished, and tastefully decorated in a southwestern motif. We even offer toothbrushes for those forgetting to bring them!

The bedrooms and baths are located on opposite ends of the home for maximum privacy.  The property faces east, providing full morning sun in front and afternoon sun in the rear, for those caring to sun worship.

The Great Room is designed with a "kick back" feel for entertaining and ample, comfortable seating for a quiet relaxing evening gathered around the entertainment center. Cox wireless internet connection allows use of a laptop computer from any location on the property. Expanded cable TV service and DVD/VHS players are located in the great room and master bedroom. Off the great room is a reading room/study with an executive wood desk and ergonomic chair, a library, music center and relaxing padded chair with foot rest.

A sliding glass door off the great room leads to a covered patio with paddle fan, gas barbeque, fire-pit and a patio table for sunset dining and enjoying the evening breezes and sounds of wildlife this area of the Arizona desert offers.

This brilliantly-designed Robson community offers many amenities for a diverse range of individual interests. The Quail Creek community has its own restaurant/grill, 2 heated swimming areas, hot tub, professional golf course and workout facilities. Access to community activities is a short distance away and bicycles are available for "getting around" and exercising. We are confident that your Quail Creek vacation will be a memorable experience.

Beyond the Quail Creek community, the surrounding area holds many interests and Tucson is a short 30-minute drive. For example, Madera Canyon, renowned for bird watching, is about 17 miles from Quail Creek

Historic Tubac, known for art galleries, working studios, and gift shops is just 23 miles or 31 minutes away.

In accordance with the federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 the housing at Quail Creek Community is intended for occupancy in at least eighty percent (80%) of their respective dwelling units by at least one person fifty-five (55) years of age or older.  All dwelling units are intended for occupancy by at least one person forty (40) years of age or older.  No person who has not yet reached his or her nineteenth (19th) birthday is authorized to reside permanently in these communities.  See the applicable recorded covenants, conditions and restrictions for more information.
