Quail Creek Fitness Center

 

  • The 5,000 sq. ft. Fitness Center features an Cardio Exercise Room, Aerobics Room, Wellness Room and separate locker rooms with showers for men and women. Adjacent to the Fitness Center are Lighted Bocce Courts, Oversized Swimming Pool, Lap Pool, 6 Lighted Tennis Courts, and Whirlpool.
     

  • The exercise room is approximately 2,600 sq. ft.  and features the following Cardio Equipment: (subject to change)
     

    • 6 Treadmills

    • 5 Elliptical X-Trainers

    • 2 Upright Bikes

    • 3 Recumbent  Bikes

    • 1 Sci Fit Pro-1000

    • 1 Stepper

    • 1 Leg Extension

    • 1 Combined Leg Press/Calf Raise

    • 1 Seated Leg Curl

    • 1 Seated Chest Press  

    • 1 Seated Row

    • 1 Llat Pull Downs  

    • 1 Shoulder Press  

    • 1 Biceps Curl

    • 1 Triceps Push Down

    • 1 Inner/Outer thigh

    • 1 Llow Back

    • 1 Abdominal

    • 1 Rotary Torso

    • 1 Peck Deck. 

    • Complete set of weights for lifting workouts

Renters must carry their Renter Identification card with them when using the Fitness Center Facilities.

The Fitness Center, Exercise rooms and the Pools are accessible by the "Common Area" key.

The ‘Common Area’ key will open the front and back doors of the Fitness Center, which allows access to the restrooms.

Access to the Equipment Room and Stretching/Wellness room will be by key only.

The key can be obtained from the Concierge at the Madera Club House. A Waiver and Release form must be signed in order to obtain the key. Renters will be required to make a deposit of $10 for the key which will be refunded upon return of the keys..
